"Looking for a dream getaway on the Costa Brava? Look no further! We present our house with a private pool in the Mas Fumats urbanization in Roses.
Discover a peaceful place surrounded by a charming garden with privacy. With capacity for a maximum of 6 people, the house has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower, so you have everything you need for a perfect stay.
The house is distributed on a ground floor without stairs and has a fully equipped open kitchen with all the necessary appliances, such as dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, as well as all the utensils you need to cook. Are you a coffee or tea lover? Don't worry! You will also find a coffee maker, toaster and water kettle.
Relax on the spacious terrace with a table and hammocks in front of the private pool, perfect for enjoying the sun and the outdoors. Additionally, each room has ceiling fans, and you will also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
But that's not all. We also offer WiFi and TV with French channels, so you can stay connected and entertained during your vacation.
And with an outdoor parking for 2 cars inside the fenced property, chill-out area and barbecue in the garden, you'll have everything you need for unforgettable vacations!

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

What are the beds like?
There are 2 beds of 150x190m and 2 beds of 90x190m.

De villa was prettig alles op 1 woonlaag. Het zwembad was echt super. De palmboom met daaronder de grote eettafel was geweldig we hebben daar veel tijd door gebracht. We hebben een super vakantie gehad met prachtig weer! medewerkers van het kantoor see more

Schoonmaak van het huisjes kon wat beter. De grote slaapkamer zaten veel beestjes (hebben we zelf schoongemaakt) Onderhoud van de badkamers vooral de kleine badkamer mag wel gedaan worden. De kraan in de douche van de grote badkamer was lastig kregensee more
