Enjoy a dream vacation in our house with a private pool and sea views in the exclusive Mas Fumats urbanization, Roses, on the Costa Brava!
he house can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on a quiet street, ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility during your stay.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a bathroom and bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. This way, you can prepare your own meals and enjoy a family or friends' dinner.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy the private pool surrounded by a large terrace and a porch with a barbecue. Ideal for spending a full day relaxing under the sun and enjoying a delicious barbecue in good company!
The house also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
In addition, the house has Wi-Fi and television with Dutch and German channels, so you can stay connected with your loved ones and enjoy your favorite program.
And for greater comfort, there is outdoor parking for 2 cars, so you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about parking.

Yes, there is included a basic consumption of 15kw per day, in case of exceeding it, an extra €0.25/kw will be charged.

It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.
