Charming villa, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with privat swimming pool and beautiful views over the bay of Roses.
On the ground floor we find a hall and on the right a bedroom with a private bathroom.
Through a few stairs we go up to the first floor with a bright living room with an open kitchen and access to the terrace.
The separate gas kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
We go up three steps and we have two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom.
It has two outdoor parking spaces and a private pool with a large terrace and porch.
