The renovated kitchen in 2022 has all modern appliances, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler,...
There is Dutch TV and some German and English channels, as well as wifi to stay connected.
With a fenced parking lot for 2 cars and a barbecue area, this house is the perfect base for exploring the Costa Brava.
The house is distributed over two floors, with the main floor housing the living room, kitchen, and a suite bedroom, and the lower floor housing the other 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, and access to the pool.
The pool does not have lighting for the night.

Es sind leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmern im unteren Bereich vorhanden, da kann man schlecht lüften, besonders nachts nicht wegen Mosquitos!
