A dream holiday with your family in this charming villa with private pool.
The villa is distributed entirely on a single floor of approximately 119m2, with no stairs and direct access to the swimming pool, with stairs only to access from the external parking.
The lounge is spacious, welcoming and bright from where you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of Roses Bay.
The open-plan kitchen with bar has all the necessary appliances for the comfort of your holiday, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle,…), pantry
It has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and another with a bathtub.
All rooms have air conditioning, but you should know that the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. If this is exceeded, extra kw will be charged at current market price. The kw/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.
We remind you that air conditioning units tend to cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not at home.
The WiFi is included in the price.
On the terrace there is a small porch with an awning and an electric barbecue so you can enjoy outdoor lunches whilst admiring the landscape.
You can also park your car in the external car park.

De Vila is netjes en de indeling is perfect. Buiten kun je allemaal bij elkaar zijn terwijl de 1 in de schaduw een boek leest, de ander aan het zonnen is en de kinderen in het zwembad liggen. Alles op 1 verdieping waardoor je optimaal samen bent.

De woning is zeer goed bereikbaar, aan de hoofdstraat van de berg.
Zeer netjes en riant, met een heel fijn zwembad en een buitendouche. Het terras is groot en door de patio zeer efficiënt.
